Yamato up and running.
After a hard drive crash and having to start all over. I finally have her up and running with a few friends or not.



She is 2K long about 2800 polygons and has 32 turrets. 6 main guns, 8 missal launchers and, 18 small turrets.  





Let me know what you think. :)

ooooh! ca,n we get a closer view of the old arcadia/deathshadow?
(I don't care about the Yamato, harlock all the way :D )

The ship in the background isn't the Arcadia it's the Andromeda. I plan on doing an Arcadia but not until I finish the Yamato White Comet campaign I'm working on.

heh, doesn't hurt pimping it once in a while :D ( I still have to get woomeister to convert it again, the lack of smoothness hurts my eyes :p )

Of course it's on the back burner, but if the posted one is not due for release until the next year or two U bet I will have my DG vodoo doll in hand and every month putting a new pin in till I get my wave motion gun...! :nod:

Well I've never heard about any Harlock games. did it by myself. maps are scans from a book.

there should be a fighter bay, but it should be invisible until the hangar door open...probably you can do two models, one w/o and one with door open to be changed before launching fighters using scp?

yeah, but talk about an hassle just for that... besides in those shows, usually they launch all the fighters at the same time. since you're one of them, they should be all already out when mission starts, since yourself are out already :)
but... fighters in the matsumoto series are pretty useless unless it's the main character who flies it :p
doesn't make for a really interesting mod in freespace.
