Targeting Window Image
Any idea how I can correct the position of a ship in the window ?

It's too far close, so the player can see inside the ship. All axis etc are okay. Never encountered this before.(SCP Taylor's latest build BTW) Not sure if it's  SCP or my model at fault to be honest.

There's a 'zoom' value or similar in the tbl that sets this, IIRC.

Yep that's got it.

Here's my other freaky freespace fault :

when a ship docks with my 'vette it dissapears ! (turns invisible)
Ramming the docker either destroys Alpha 1 or launches the docker (a-like so)

the dock point and path look okay to me (normalised etc):

the model converts alittle offset from centre. Is that related ?

That's most likely because you set the axis to be in the center of the entire mesh, rather than the center of the deimos... Just click the axis button in TS, and then manually move it to where the center should be. You can then reconvert the mesh and import the data from the current copy on your HDD.

No the axis is right. I'm not really bothered to be honest but this docking bug is pretty much all that's left.

How many points are associated with the dock?  There's really nothing that would cause that except invalid POF data.
who needs a signature? ;)
It's not much of an excuse for a website, but my stuff can be found here

2 dock points,  both x normals, 4 dock path points.

Ask in the TBP forums. They had a similar problem with support ships in R1. Don't know how they solved the problem but one of them might remember.
