Base 3.2 and Raider Wars 2.0. Mission in question is the mission after Hell and Back.

How many of you have crashes when playing this mission? When does those crashes occur? Please tell what fs2_open build you use, do you use the one included with Base 3.2 or another?

If you have those crashing issues with the build included in Base 3.2, please play the mission using a debug build and report back the error given. The error message should be automatically copied to your clipboard. Just reply to this thread and paste the output with [ code ] tags.

If you have used another build than the one included with the Base 3.2, the zip, rar or whatever probably also had a debug build with it.

I have a hunch that this error appears in builds that are dated January-March, but may not appear on all systems.

Those having problems with the build included with Base 3.2, also try the latest build.

No idea, kinda out of loop when it comes to the bleeding edge builds. Then again I doubt they're required with the default TBP settings.

 
Fury that build works for me.  I loaded to next mission..
no problems at all.

The Rand-Multiple problems are probably jus due to the fact that Rand-Multiple is simply called Rand in that build.

The two SEXPs were later split because Rand-Multiple behaves differently in repeating events from Rand.

We have assumed this is the case. However, IPAndrews pointed me to include build from http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/topic,29087.0.html in Base 3.2, which according to him worked fine.

And in several occasions people have been instructed to try the build in above link, which did not help. So there's two possibilities; either this error does not appear on all systems, or the build shouldn't work on any systems, including IPAndrew's system.

Which leads to the question, has anyone succesfully completed Raider Wars 2.0 using the build included with Base 3.2? I seriously doubt IP would recommend a build that he was unable to complete RW 2.0 with.
