Couple of quick standalone fixes

Nothing really special about this build except that I've fixed a couple of nasty bugs with the standalone server that seemed to break it for every mission I tried. The standalone probably still has lots more but at least now you should be able to test it if you want to.

Changes here aren't in SVN yet as I'm still looking for/fixing standalone bugs.

It's going to be a rainy couple of days so I'll have some time to play with it and see what else breaks.

I can get past it not using the debug build but then I can't see if I get the other error.  Also tried TBP with it to test a few errors from today's session and it for some reason it crashes client side during load with the regular build but doesn't with debug.

Well it still doesn't work on the one computer but I tried it on another and it's working fine.  Must be something stuck in memory.  Strange thing is TBP will run the same exe without the crash.  I can't reboot to test since I'm trying to crack that TM password. 

Well anyway I didn't get that assert in missionlog.cpp or whatever that bug report was.  2 other crashes on the client side but both are already reported.

Haven't seen the Vec3D normalize one 0001090 in quite awhile.  The other one 0001098  I get all the time with or without the standalone.
