Ah, that's your problem. You obviously have the 3.6.8 Zeta MediaVPs but you are missing the patches for them. Download this and this. Extract the vp files to \freespace2\mediavps\.

I Downloaded them, but when they come they're like Internet shortcuts.

Um, what? If clicking them causes something evil, right-click and select Save target as... Then, choose the location where you want to save/download them. Once download has finished, use 7-Zip (link in my signature) to extract the .vps from the .rars.
