I spent FIVE HOURS Trying to get the stupid thing to work!  It loads the "Preparing files for Install" bar all the way up... then it sits there .... for ever... never doing anything else.

Muahaha! I spent 15 minutes pirating it, and I beat it it the next 120!

I didn't get retail. IIRC it replaced some textures with smaller ones, removed a bunch of sound, etc.

Still a great game. Maybe a little better, in its own delusional little way.

Yeah, I guess I can't say anything. I've currently got a 250 GB USB HDD full of shows/OSes/Games, although mainly movies/shows.

It's just that Portal is so awesome, Valve is one developer who deserves the money, although God knows they have enough.
