Need help Installing Freespace Open Please
So i have downloaded Freespace open a few times now and i have gotten a  Copy of Freespace 2 from GOG

But my problem is i cant seem to install the Freespace open

the Freespace open installer does not have a program  to execute, at first when i  tried to run it it gave me a messege that  i do not have a program  to  run this file . So  i  went and downloaded 7Zip - extracted it

When i view the files i see  some folders but nothing in there that  would run an install, theres some images and a bunch  of icons

can  some one please run me thrue the steps to install this i have been interested in this project for years but have been unable to install this  :hopping:

It sounds like you want to download & install java, then you should be able to run the (non-extracted) .jar file that I think you downloaded from http://www.fsoinstaller.com/.

It's already there:
