I have made a brief description of the 24 missions for the Alpha Quadrant campaign in the Alpha Quadrant project v2.01.

Star Trek universe - Time Frame - 2380s
(The name in the brackets indicates which race you will play for in the mission)

M1: First field test of transwarp conduit technology. (Starfleet)
M2: Scout mission - accidental detection by pre-warp civilisation. (Starfleet)
M3: Borg appear due to the detection of transwarp technology. (Starfleet)
M4: Borg destroy Outpost 345. (Starfleet)
M5: Borg assimilate Omicron Eridani 'transwarp conduit focus facility'. (Starfleet)
M6: Battle of Beta Aurigae - Borg Vs Alpha Quadrant alliance. (Starfleet)
M7: Extermination of Borg from Omicron Eridani. (Starfleet)
M8: Cardassian Renegades attack convoy. (Starfleet)
M9: Romulans attack the USS Renoun. (Starfleet)
M10: Romulans attempt to destroy Federation supply lines. (Romulans)
M11: Romulan ship captured - Changeling responsible. (Starfleet)
M12: Feringi attempt a hijack. (Starfleet)
M13: Starship under attack - lose contact - Klingons investigate - Shivans discovered. (Klingons)
M14: Klingons come under attack from Shivans. (Klingons)
M15: Federation aids the Klingons. (Starfleet)
M16: Shivan fighters too difficult for starships to lock weapons - field test of new techs. (Klingon)
M17: Federation launches fighters, Romulans lend assistance. (Starfleet)
M18: Sathanus discovered - Klingons in deep trouble. (Romulans)
M19: Sathanus destroyed by Alpha Quadrant alliance. (Starfleet)
M20: Covert mission - Klingons search for Shivan entrypoint. (Klingons)
M21: Multiple Sathanus' discovered. (Klingons)
M22: Last ditch effort - Shivans suddenly disappear halfway through battle. (Starfleet)
M23 Covert missions - What happened to the Shivans? - Secret. (Klingons)
M24: Secret ending. (Starfleet)

What do you think?

Possibly too ambitious, at least for one chunk. Maybe break it down into smaller 5-10 mission episodes?

Although I'm not a Star Trek fan, I like it..  it has a good storyline and sounds interesting.

What do you think of this Romulan Transport (Warbird not included - don't get your hopes up)? This is how it looks in the game, just without those added thruster glows.
