Title: Screencap Contest - January 2017

This month's theme is: Community Models!

Take a screenshot that doesn't have any retail Volition ships! Showcase community additions. The more original, the better.

The rules are:
No HUD!
No Photoshop or post-processing!!
Maximum 3 entries per person!!!

Use the screencap script (http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=82173.0) to help you take that perfect shot!

Aren't, technically speaking, teh MediaVP models also community models? I'm assuming that you don't want those.

Aw nuts, I had a screenshot lined up on the 18th and I thought I was going to win this. :p

They are simple conversion of starlancer ships I made for a personal mod. These ships are old but I loved the game and having fred and a wonderful engine like freespace I learned to do it myself to play with friends as there's no mod available. I started in 2014 and after a looooooong break I finished almost all of them using community assets like rotating turrets for a better look. They're far from perfect but for me and my friends it's quite good! I've got almost all the original ships converted  (21 fighters, 4 bombers,  4 freighters, 14 capships and 9 utility ships including support)
