Frost and ice have been related with flavors for years and years (though they're typically more associated with gum), so I would think that someone seeing an ice-related name to blue snacks would think of that more than the BP names which are only seen in the tech room. Also stuff like Ice Queen or Bull Frost are pretty boring snack names.

I'm sure the Taste Enhancement Initiative will come up with plenty of delicious names for blue-coloured snacks.
