Anyone still has Game Commander 2?

I need to get it again, but the links on this thread are all down: http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=53842.20

For some reason, when I open mine, it says it can't find gtv.dll and closes itself, so I'm looking for somewhere to redownload it...
