Dear all,

Thankyou for making freespace the most enjoyable and absorbing game in the world today. I was playing it just now and thought how my life would ebb and slip away if something were to happen to the selfless souls like you, foraging in the mists of time and space, working so very hard. Call me a dirty red commie, but there is something special about a community project like this, run and maintained by people from all walks of life, however strange they may be.

I thank thee and salute one and all, from modders, to programmers, to designers, to players, to every goddamn one of you!!
