Hard-Light must be the website that goes down the most by far from any website I have visited.

Is this a problem that can be resolved?

If you are referring to the cloudflare problem, it happens when the apache web service hangs or conflicts with another service.  I'll ask rev_posix if there's anything that can be done to minimize this possibility.

As for recovering from such an error, it depends on whether an admin with server SSH access (e.g. rev_posix or Zacam or me) is available to handle it.
