As with the other faq threads, ask questions and someone on the team should be along to answer.

How much of a timespan does the 158th Saga cover?

and

Is there a recurring.. I want to say theme.. behind all the acts? Like, is there something that connects them all, other than them being set in the same universe and in the same squadron?

The main idea here is that you're flying with the 158th down through the years. That's why the pilots have names and personal histories.

I can't remember how many years we cover though. We start before the Great War and go post-Capella, though.

Isn't that more than a lifetime of flying? Is Petrarch a wingman in the begining of the story?

You fly as a different pilot in each Act; there are recurring motifs and several underlying plots taking place, though none are made obvious in Exposition.  Our campaign description on HLP's main site gives several clues.

why are your "new topic" button and "new reply" button different sizes?

Also is it possible for your wingmen to die, even if it is not plot based??

So we know what Exposition is about.. sorta. What can you tell us about the 158th's second act?

The exposition isn't actually the first act, Shadows is act 1. I suppose you'll want to hear about that instead.

hmm, what can we reveal?
It takes place after the exposition. ;)

for now enjoy this:

Nice framerate. :p

And Exposition isn't the first act? Despite the name contradiction, does that mean we'll be seeing prequels?

It is the first part of the campaign but not the first act. It's more of a demo/prequel thing. :)

In the classical plays, the exposition was an introduction of characters; our Exposition is meant to introduce and set the stage for things to come - and its a nice demo and all that other stuff.  :)

If something 158th related had ever been released, you can be sure there would be a Release thread or even a Highlight in the forums. So no.

Edit: The Bureau of Acquisitions has moved the unnecessary necro comment.

Lobo, last time I checked, it's fairly difficult to "necro" a stickied thread.  Also, cool it.

And Azhren, I'm sorry to say that, to the best of our knowledge, this project is dead.
