Unfortunately you're right.
The Eyes of the Watchers was nothing but a mere idea. Droid is still planning on it. However, Tides of Darkness 2 and Ashen wings are doing very well, especially Ashen Wings.

Loliquest? There is no campaign named like that. And if there was some kind of campaign, Droid scratched the idea. He's working on ToD 2 now.

Not going to touch ToD1.
Frankly, I'm afraid to even look at its events again. I probably had no idea what I was doing. To even make sense of things I'd have to remake every missions, no chance of that.

I actually went to the Wiki section of campaigns list and looked up for Loliquest, it's a shame it's not being made in the foreseeable future.

Where's your source that he's stopped development? I thought the last set of preview screenies were very promising. Granted they didn't show how far he got with the fredding, but have a little faith will ya?

Loliquest is nothing but a rumour.
EDIT: The last set of preview screenies isn't from something like Loliquest. Such screens would look more like an anime. Or loli-ish.

Not every campaign also features badges.
Anyway, I don't like that Loli-stuff. Why should I test a campaign that is in any way related to lolis? I'm testing the stuff Droid is actually working on.

This just in: loliquest is 100% fredded, but will not be released until HTL versions of all models are complete. The fact that it has not been released is due to the community's failure to step up to the plate.

There's no particular "archive" for threads. Subforums for inactive projects may be moved under the "Archived boards" category but that's it.

Preferrably the project lead should ask for a subforum at Site Support or Hosted Support or some other crap. But I, for one, won't stop you or anyone else from asking such a thing at one of the aforementioned boards.

That may be a problem. I think the ownership of loliquest is actually hotly disputed at the moment.
