I was able to fix the issue:

I downloaded that NTF file and put it in a folder and I put that folder in my main FS2 folder.  I then added the name of that folder to my FOEP mod.ini...and it worked.  NTF ships have that NTF texture now.

I finished playing through this new version and I liked it.  Changing some of the lines with other TTS made it sound better, good work.


I'm not 100% sure how the mainhall thing works, would it be possible in a future update to make it so this can use MJN's HD mainhall?
