Title: Fleet Command v4 - not working. Dead mod?

Hey fellas. I just remembered this Fleet Command mod and wanted to play it again, sadly it crashes when I try to start it. Is it completely dead since Gearbox updated Homeworld RM? Or there some workaround fix?
The Fleet Command for classic does work and had lots of fun for a few hours, I wonder how v4 plays.
