The first pic was from GenCon last August...the other three were take in the last 15 minutes or so.  The acetone thing didn't work nearly as well as I hoped, but the Loctite Plastic Epoxy did the trick, as you can see he's structurally sound enough to support an HTC Tilt, no small feet (feat?  get it?  Cause he's small).

Luckily due the texture, my less than perfect glue job is relatively unnoticeable without close scrutinization.  And yeah, when I came up with 'armlegs' and those other captions, it was getting really late at night

I really would have had it dealt with sooner, but I couldn't get the acetone to bond the legs, and the walmart nearby was out of plastic epoxy (specifically for ABS and the like) every damn time I visited.  I was pretty frustrated with that whole situation.
