Title: Average kills?

I'm just wondering: how many kills do you guys usually get? On any difficulty above normal that is, as autoaim makes killing things pretty easy :)

10 and above if I have 30mm autocannons/20mm. First 2 missions you get nothing but a bird and fuel lol.

it helps if you switch the top gun off until you run the wing guns dry.  that gives you a little bit of a reserve.

I don't usually hunt for kills, I mostly dance around the Theseus and avoid direct confrontation with raider targetting me. Or I tell my wingmen to take care of inbound raiders. I would probably be more daring on lower difficulties, but on Insane, I prefer to focus on surviving the engagement. So, I estimate 5 to 10 kills per mission, tops.
