11. Termination; Terms of Service Violations.
11.1 Azureus.
You agree that Azureus, in its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with Azureus or your use of the Azureus Platform and remove and discard all or any part of your account, User profile, and any Uploader Submission, at any time. Azureus may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Azureus Platform, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Azureus Platform or any account you may have or portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that Azureus will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Azureus may have at law or in equity. As discussed herein, Azureus does not permit copyright infringing activities on the Azureus Platform, and will terminate access to the Azureus Platform, and remove all Uploader Submissions or other content submitted by any Users who are found to be repeat infringers. Upon termination for any reason, you agree to immediately stop using and to uninstall and/or destroy all copies of the Azureus Application, any accompanying documentation, and all other associated materials.
11.2 You.
Your only remedy with respect to any dissatisfaction with (i) the Azureus Platform, (ii) any term of this Terms of Service, (iii) any policy or practice of Azureus in operating the Azureus Platform, or (iv) any content or information transmitted through the Azureus Platform, is to terminate this Terms of Service and your account. You may terminate this Terms of Service at any time by uninstalling all copies of the Azureus Application on your computer, destroying all copies of the Azureus Application in your possession, and discontinuing use of any and all parts of the Azureus Platform.
11.3 Uploader Submissions.
Subject to section 7.2 above, upon termination of this agreement by you or Azureus, Azureus will discontinue prospective hosting and distribution of your Uploader Submissions.
I understand this is scary, JR2, but in light of that one member's dad getting fined for "pirating" the Babylon 5 mod, I find this rather ridiculous. I guess they just don't like you or something :(
well you can't say no plagerism, cause its based on battlestar.
thats my guess on why you were given the boot.

Broadcast on Vuze!
Vuze is a platform that enables media companies and creators of rich media content (film directors, videographers, musicians) to publish and distribute their work to millions of viewers, in high quality format (Standard-Definition and High-Definition video).
Vuze (formerly code-named Zudeo) is both a BitTorrent client and content service by Azureus, Inc. The vuze.com website allows users to upload, download and share video content using this client. Unlike video sharing websites such as YouTube, Vuze focuses on DVD-quality and high-definition video content.
Creating & Loading Content
How do I choose the right "content type" for my content?
Although people may categorize each of these a bit differently, we would like to create a consistent definition for each of these categories. By having consistent definitions, we can help make our search more powerful and effective, allowing users to quickly find exactly what they are looking for. Here are the general definitions we encourage using on our site:
Video: music video, short film, feature-length movies, etc.
Audio: audio file, consisting of film scores, songs, recorded interviews, podcasts, etc.
Game: video game
You can also use specific tags and categories when publishing your content to help define it more clearly (i.e.: documentary, animation, sci-fi).
What type of files can I upload?
Movies, film, music, animation, music video, games. However, please keep in mind our Copyright Policy (http://www.vuze.com/Copyright.html) and the limitations set out in our Terms of Service (http://www.vuze.com/Terms.html).
My content has been removed from the site. Why?
There are several reasons why your content may be removed:
Your content has been reported as being in violation of copyright laws.
Your content has been reported as being sexually explicitor showing graphic violence.
There is a download or playback problem (indicating a corrupt file).
Your content has an inaccurate description.
You have otherwise violated our Terms of Service (http://www.vuze.com/Terms.html).
If content you uploaded has been reported, we will make a determination of whether you have violated our Terms of Service (http://www.vuze.com/Terms.html) and may subsequently remove the content in question. We will usually try to ask you to correct the issue or re-upload, but, under certain circumstances, we may remove your content without notifying you. For more information, see our Terms of Service (http://www.vuze.com/Terms.html) and Copyright Policy (http://www.vuze.com/Copyright.html).
Rather than *****ing about it to us, why don't you just write them a letter and see what happened?
Hi, can you please specify what rule I broke more than Reason: Other Comment: No? The game engine is open-source and the content fan-created. I am confused. If you need more info, please tell me.

That FAQ seems to be the only place they mention video games. It could just be old. Do they actually link to your content anywhere?

right. so let me get this straight.
You got banned for uploading a computer game mod on to Vuse, BUT you uploaded others? So now you banned because in one of these Rules of conduct or legal mombo jumbo, and there is a rule that clearly defining that your not allowed to upload what??? Picture of paint smacked up against a sheet of paper? a dead ant?
I wish they made this stuff more understandable, forget slapping Sizzler or Mefustae. Get a frying pan and smack the idoit who created legal mumbo jumbo, then throw a brick at the guy who created rules on azuerus and made it stupid.
i guess you got caught out somewhere in the middle. no mans land.
Hey hold on you can actualy view BSG for free? Where from where more exactly??
personally, i prefer to stay away from torrents entirely. last time i tried, i got screwed for copy right infiringement
