The GTD Fury is a retexturing of the Hecate Class Destroyer to make it more "shivan". Also, though not 100% sure, (it's been a while since I used it), I think weapons have been replaced by Shivan weaponery.

Or, if you use the Velocity Mod you actually have a chance to make a last-second run for it. Although the transports don't do so well against the speed-enhanced bombs...
