So some of our employees need a ride but none of our paying customers want to be stuck in O'Hare for half a week. well, I guess we can just knock them unconscious and pull their limp bodies off the plane.

That'll work. I don't see how that could have any negative consequences.

Yeah, I've been following this story. As I commented elsewhere I think they've got a bet on with Comcast over who can give worse customer service.
