Halfway through construction half of our building materials are going to be stolen, of course they'll be insured. Insurance kicks in to replace them, we finish the hotel. Then we take the materials that got stolen and build a smaller hotel. Then we sell the smaller hotel and put the money toward the principal of the loan on the big hotel, to build quick equity and lower in the interest payment. Then we flip it to someone who has lots of cash but can't make the payments, let em get 3 months behind, then foreclose. It's ours without interest and we can afford to get new drapes and carpet in the MT internal forum.

Any of you guys got carpet?
