It won't start at all!

Firstly, great job on the project! I've been wanting to play this for a long time after playing it at a freinds house ages ago.

Anyway, I finished the installation, but I get this error whenever I open up the launcher and try to run the game from the launcher. Is there any way to fix this? I've attached a screencap of the error message if it helps.
