Hmm... 2shared links seems to work for me. Anyway, I've uploaded all models on mediafire to provide good mirrors. Arcadia is now fixed. Have fun.

Yeah well, it was never supposed to be used in this way... I hardly even touched the docking plate thingo, just slapped an overstretched texture onto it for the sake of... eh... having it textured. The plate is quite invisible in the FS1 intro, so I thought I'd get away with it.

Betrayal: If the Arcadia on 2shared is bugged, you may want to remove the download link :P

I think it works well as replacement of retail Arcadia, especialy in FSPort Campaigns. I'm planning small alterations in current mapping, including rescaling of install01-04 but not now. I'm busy with other models.
