Anyone have the EFF file for this?  I am very new to this stuff and don't know if there is another source or if/how some other file can be used or modified to work for this.

here are the specficiatons for the eff file format:

so for shockwave01, create a textfile in the same directory as the frames named shockwave01.eff with the contents: 
$Type: tga
$Frames: 98 (remember numbering starts at 0)
$FPS: 30 (or whatever)
