So far, just Interceptors. I will probably put together another squad, though, as I can't get Skyrangers from either other base there in time to catch the supply ships landing in New Guinea.

...assuming, however, that the Avenger and Cydonia Or Bust don't interfere with that timetable. Which they probably will.

In other news, the US just derped out on us and signed an agreement with the aliens for technology, in exchange for withdrawing from the HLPX-COM treaty. They have not, however, made a move against the Area 51 base. We think they won't, as their relations are already in massive turmoil over this; various places that have been hit with terror attacks or are allies of those who were have broken off diplomatic relations with the United States.

The aliens have unwittingly given us a reason to go to Mars and kill them in the process, by demonstrating that Elerium gravity-wave tech enables Faster Than Light travel and communications, and letting slip that the only source of Elerium available in Solar System is on Mars. Operation Spoilsport is still a go as a failsafe, but the Avenger project might allow us to deliver troops to Mars and take the facility.

Alright, high time I request to be added to the roster.  I request to be put on Squad 2 the next time a position is available, and should research proceed in the appropriate direction, I also request to be issued a Psi-Amp.  ("Even if your Psi-strength is low?"  Especially if my Psi-strength is low.  Squad 2 has standards of efficacy to maintain, after all!)

Actually, that is a good question....  Will HLPX-COM be going down that research path?  I know the central focus is on the Cydonia mission, but are there any R&D side-projects at the moment?

We actually already have the Psi-Amp researched, did just before we started on the Avenger, but at the time we had a serious lack of Elerium to make them. This is no longer the case.

The Psilabs aren't up yet, though.
