Ok, so ..
1. In the original volition nodemap, there are multiple nodepaths going to somewhere else. But where?
One is from Altair, one is from regulus and one is from Dubhe, Adhara and Mirfak.
Does anyone know whaere they might lead? Are those uncharted, recently discovered nodes, or just some unstable subspace .. holes?

Gigas > Gargant?
Also, where did Gargant appeared first ? We know the campaing just to the moment when

3. Was the purpose of SHivan commnodes beyond the second knossos uncovered yet ?

4. Where does the third knossos lead to, and what is the name of the system beyond the second knossos ? Is it Gehenna?

5.Why was the NTC trinity sent to the knossos? I know that it was sent to activate it, but why an nearly-empty cruiser carrying nothing? with no fighter complement?

6.The gamma draconis nebula - is it the same as where the gas miners were destroyed in first vasudan mission, and where the SOC sent alpha 1 to save Snipes?

7. Was there anything important in the main fs campaign happening in Dubhe, Barnard, Alphard, etc. ? Those nodes are on the voilition nodemap, so I suppose they were worth emntioning

In a slight hurry, so I don't have time to answer the questions just now, but I just wanted to point out one thing: You're not acting like a noob by seeking answers. A noob doesn't ask questions, he assumes he already knows everything and thus gets everything wrong In fact, one of the telltale signs of someone being a noob is them proclaiming loudly and repeatedly that they are not a noob

I will try to answer the ones I know 

1. No idea . Unexplored probably ? But in the original Volition nodemap there isn't an N362 system . Which is listed in other nodemaps .

2. Gargant is supposed to be the Shivan Hive ( a.k.a. Mothership ) from Inferno SCP . Which isn't released yet . The Gigas is just a super-jugernaut . But the Gargant is supposed to be so incredibly powerfull , that even the terran super juggernaut ( forgot the name ... Icanus maybe ? ) from Inferno can only deal 0.1 damage to the Gargant's turrets . Overpowered in my opinion .

3. Being comm-nodes is their purpose . Supposed a Shivan communication device . But I don't think it was answered yet .

4. I don't know the official name . I don't think there is one though . I think it leads to Shivan home systems .

5. It might have had fighters , but it was found after a shivan attack , after all . So the fighters might just simply be destroyed . How much fighters would you deploy to guard a Fenris anyway ...

6. Gamma Draconis isn't a nebula . It's a system . The nebula where most of the action takes place in is BEYOND Gamma Draconis . You have to jump through the first Knossos to get there .

7. I don't think so . Unfortunately , I haven't payed too much attention to the FS1 main campaign while I was playing FS Port .

Others , more experienced members , please confirm/deny/correct/etc.

1. There is no canon answer to that question, any answer is fan speculation; it's only a definitive answer in the fan created campaign it debuts in.

2. Never played Inferno.

3. The entry for the Shivan comm nodes specifies all information on them was classified level Omega, so that would be a definitive: No, we don't know what their purpose actually was.

4. The 2nd and 3rd Knossos systems have no canon names designated to them, nor for that matter does the nebula system.  There is therefor no real answer to those questions then, as any explanation a fan made campaign might provide is strictly in the realm of speculative fiction.  Canonically, I can only say that it leads somewhere you can find Shivans, though whether their home space is on the other side of the 3rd Knossos, or if there's an entire chain of Knossos devices stretching quite a ways before running into the original Shivan systems is impossible to verify.

5. Bosch sent the Trinity to activate the Knossos and explore beyond it precisely because it wasn't a battle group (bear with me here): Gamma Draconis is reached by travel through Capella, so the NTC Trinity was operating behind enemy lines.  Stealth works best when you're not trying to do it with an armada.  As for fighters?  Doubtful they had any fighter escort, as they have no means of bringing their own fighter support with them, and inter-system jump drives for fighters are ludicrously expensive.

6. Yes, all action in the nebula was the same system beyond the first Knossos portal, just in different regions.  It's a very large nebula.

7. Those systems are in the graphics as background details to help create a convincing universe setting, it's a classic literary trick.  To my knowledge their only presence in game is in those graphics.

No. And it's not even really confirmed that they even are comm nodes. That's the name they have in the tables but that could easily have been misdirection on the part of While that's the most likely explanation for what they are if none of the GTVA characters in the game actually knew and the only source is a table file the players can't see it's possible that may have given them some other purpose if the 3rd game started development.

Ghenna is the name of a system in the Beyond Enemy Lines campaign. The Nebula was a different system connected to Gamma Draconis though. The system is non-canon either way.

Those systems weren't even discovered yet in FS1. IIRC Luyten is discovered during the campaign. They were peaceful as far as is known in FS2.
