Is it possibel to change the background from the main menu to a video clip (with sound)?

I guess that you could probably overlay a misc animation over the entire background?

The Babylon Project has an animated mainhall which shows the station Babylon 5 with an active rotation. However if I recall correctly when it was first implimented there were some issues with the performance of the new mainhall, esspecially in regards to memory use (but that might have been solved before/inbetween releases).
