Greetings guys By means of what program I can insert a file .tbl in .vp a file? I have borrowed in localization it it is necessary :)

Seriously how many times do I have to tell you not to do this. Sticking the table where I've told you will work. There is absolutely no need to stick in in a VP and what's more it's stupid to try.

If for some reason sticking the file where I told you isn't working then the problem is likely that the font FS2 uses won't support Russian. This can be fixed but putting it in a VP file won't help you. The problem needs to be fixed at the code level.
