Is there any reason why GTA changed their beams from green in FS2 to Blue in Inferno? Does it beause green beams were too similar to Ancient beams in R1?

Is there any backstory behind EA beams? Are they somehow reverse engineered from Lucifer beams?
What are the EA beams strenght and weakness comparing to Terran beams? Are they more advance, less advanced or just diferent?
Will EA make AAA beams seeing that GTVA use them?

The Lucifer debris was going to be very important to several post GTA factions in Sol and it would of been featured in the first act of new INFA.

EA beams are generally stronger but the ships with lots of them generally have less everything else than a GTVA Terran ship. The Tereus being an example of a ship easy for fighters to disarm as it has little to stop them. Jovian style EA ships depend more on their missiles than beams.
The Vasudans have the best beams overall out of the three.

Will EA make AAA beams seeing that GTVA use them?
Spoiler:
Check the weapons.tbl

Is this ( https://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=71345.0 ) - atleast regarding the Shivan tech in INFA - still up to date?

Partially yes, except the Territorial Conventions thing and the Jovians got the jump drives from another faction and developed the missile systems you see on ships like the Soter.
The front half of the Lucifer would of been seen in early missions with multiple ships docked to it as they examined what was left of it. I was also hoping to get a large super freighter made for the sole purpose of dragging away the only Lucifer arm left intact since the Chronos was far too tiny and would need around 20 of them docked to it.

The Earthers developed the beams
The Martians developed a super reactor
The jump drives were made by GTI remnants
The Jovians designed weapons to quickly penetrate a ships armour which is the Geodess missile systems

Another comparison question:
EA subspace bomb vs GTVA meson bomb - both seems to be circa 5 km range in space, but subspace boms seems to fit to regular container and been able to crack open entire planet.

Spoiler:
I think the techroom description you mean was talking about an "upsized" device, whatever that means. It was one of the things I complained about while testing, because it throws logic out of the window, something like the "Doming Luna to make it habitable" kind. Even if the device would've been the size of a destroyer EA could massproduce it; and it would give them the power to demolish a Gigas- or Gargant-fleet several times the size of the Sathanas armada instantly.
