Post-server move issues

The E:
There seem to be a few issues with the site right now:
-Top nav bar is missing
-User info panel and user action bar (or whatever it's called) isn't skinned properly:

-Other skinning issues:

Zacam:
The Quick Reply sizing isn't constrained to the browser canvas size, so it rolls right off the side:




Also, Avatars are now presenting under Badges now (as opposed to over), though that's a minor difference over what it used to be.

Mongoose:
The folder order is all jumbled as well.

Colonol Dekker:
Mobile phone view is atrocious.  But I appreciate the effort to achieve the server move xx

PIe:
I'm not getting topic notification emails and posts in political discussions are showing up in unread, whereas they didn't before.
