I've noticed in my blue planet playthroughs that npc's like simms lose health but they dont seem to be in any danger of dying at all, as if their health dosent drop after say, having 35 percent health left.
Does anyone know how can I FRED that in?

Best used with rand-multiple as value.

On higher difficulties in BP they also lose their weapons and the AI stops attacking them until until they've regenerated a bit.

I see the guardianed option but not the threshold part. Where can I find that?

Takes 2 or more arguments...
1: Threshold value.
2+: Name of ships to make unkillable.

There are two SEXPs, ship-guardian and ship-guardian-threshold. The first one does the same thing but kicks in when the ship is at 1%. You're probably just looking at the first one.

Make sure you're running FRED2 Open and not retail FRED2.
