Where'd my HUD go?

In the mission "A Wounded Prey", once the Demon jumps in, I can control my ship and fire all my weapons, but I have no HUD.  I am running the BP 3.6.10 version and have the mod.ini.  Any suggestions?

Press Shift-O. Toggles the HUD on and off.
