Really a small thing, but useful:

We could use a FRED event, say, switch-music, which cans the normal background music and replaces it with a new selected .wav
restore-music would put it back to normal. Really a mood thing only, but I myself could use it in quite a few places. And would be hella useful, if you guys ever got anywhere with the ingame cutscene.

A sort of msg_no_text SEXP...?

Can you 'layer' sound (i.e. have the WAVs for 2 sexp's play over each other?)
