If you're talking about that missile launched from the Levy's bottom launcher, it's a Fusion Mortar and it uses the same model as the Harbinger bomb...

Rockeye would only be seen because of its trail on that image. And Helios would be bigger if I recall correctly.

It would also look more bomb-ish. The one in the screenshot has fins, which are the hallmark of a missile.

Oh yes. Only the starfield...

Enter "starfield.pof" in the skybox section of the background editor, and you'll see that your background becomes much more pretty

It's not. Last thing I heard, it still has to be turreted, cleaned up, converted to POF, etc. And nobody wants (and has the time) to do it

Occasionally, when I look at these screenies, I think that the FS2 cutscenes really don't cut it in comparison. Sure, they have better directing, but in terms of effects? The MediaVPs win.

I beg your pardon. I do want to do it, but it's a LOT of work. Like, painting-a-house level of work. Sure, it would be great if it were done... but it's not fast, or easy.

I couldn't run FSO with normal maps on this PC even if my life depended on it.
