I'm not a fan of incredibly dirty ships, but I thought the Herc III could do with looking slightly used:

Yes, it could. It still looks very good, though.

All ships in FS ought to look a little used for realism. Unless, of course, if the ship in question is not of Terran origin...

The HTL Ulysses really looked good with it's used-look - try and follow that.
Still, it's a nice Herc even when looking fresh.  :)
