Re: A celebration of Freespace
Personally, I think the Mjolnirs at least should stick with beams more on the ridiculously-big side of things, if for no other reason than they come across to me as very experimental pieces of technology that are basically being pushed to the absolute limit.  The big overcharged beam makes sense for something like that.  Plus, that picture of Hades' just looks like something in significant need of beam-Viagra. :p

Thing is, it's about at the edge as I have it sized now of being to physically large to be plausible. Plus over-sized looks terribad to me.
[22:29] <sigtau> Hello, #hard-light?  I'm trying to tell a girl she looks really good for someone who doesn't exercise.  How do I word that non-offensively?

Just do it easier, save your old mvp release, learn where is the beam data stored and replace with it when the new mvp release comes.

Did someone managed to kill two fighters with just one pair of Trebuchets? ;7

Was totally random, but I laughed about the entire mission.

Re: A celebration of Freespace
Trebuchet multi-kills are actually quite common when the lighter fighters warp in close formation.

Is it caused by blast damage? I'll be quite surprised if it is.

The explosion effect is quite small, but the actual blast radius within which damage is applied is quite large.

It might only work on lower difficulties. But it does happen.
