Looks good to me, even with only 5% trans :shrug: But feel free to change it back to solid if it generates too much hate, or if it doesn't work on mobile/what-have-you.

Ok, I added a bit of text shadow and I think it helps reduce the negative aspects of a partially-transparent background. I'll leave things as-is for the night and see what people think.

It can't but if you make a format that is usable, it can be modified to work since we would need to release a new version to fetch the updates anyway.  What I am looking for is the most recent 5-10 headlines and the links to the topics.
