Title: FSOInstaller Java crash on launch

Is there something in the FSO installer that causes Java to crash during the initial "Working" stage after selecting the directory? I'm getting a crash on Win10 x64 build 15031 with Java 8u121 installed, not sure what I can even do to fix this.

There was a crash reported in Linux a few months ago due to a bug in Linux's implementation of Java, but I haven't heard of a bug on Windows.  Can you post a screenshot?
