I'm starting to work on a new MediaVPs version. I need you all to help me remember what new ships/weapons/etc need to go in. I've lost my list that I used to keep on my desk... I mean.. it's been over 3 years, sooooooo....

Oooooh, I see I see.  I somehow thought you meant that you'd forgotten where different types of files went in VPs.  I was like.... well, here's something I can at least look up quickly.  My bad...    :warp:

FSU doesn't manage the FSPort MediaVPs.. you'll need to get the FSPort team to update that one.

So Hippo, Anuket, Leviathan (no Fenris?), Bes. Is that all?

No Orion has made it to the texturing phase to my knowledge. So I won't wait on that. I need to find the status of the Fenris, though.

I nominate "Demon in the room" as an HLP replacement for the phrase "Elephant in the room" when discussing high-poly upgrades.

 
A little while back I was working on some modifications to a bunch of the weapon effects and things, mostly for personal use. Things like more visible Shivan fighter lasers, some alterations to the flak effect, prettier Subach and Mekhu bolts, new Kayser effects (though they could use more work); that sort of thing. Oh, and I made Shivan flak guns, although I'm not totally satisfied with them yet. The explosion is just a big flashbulby thing. It looks great, IMO, but I'm not sure it's sufficient. I was trying to do some lightning stuff, but it didn't really work...

Anyway. Would you be interested in taking a look at these and maybe adding them?
