Back on topic.  Did we learn nothing from the Deka incident? Guess a couple of months is too long for people to remember  A simple correction about what a TC is should have been enough.  We don't need to go to another HLP all time low moment here.

Agreed. But you have to have the required skills. And finding a project that needs starting-to-be modders is quite difficult.

In a nut shell, he released a campaign named Relentless. The campaign had issues (lots of them) but Deka proudly proclaimed the campaign was a masterpiece and that he wouldn't change or fix a thing. People made fun of him (because of his attitude) and he got angry (and I think he left)

No, things got worked out and he's still around.

Not that hard either, you just need to get somewhat good at something and start from there, I started making planets for the backgrounds in FS (my first real modding) and ended up making simple models, skyboxes and some minor tabling as well, I'm no expert in modeling as you can see, but I believe you can learn in the way.

If you need a mod, maybe you can try joining the Syrk campaign... I guess Lucika will be fine with this.

thanks for TRYING to get me to join a project but I cant really do much (I self Taught myself everything on freespace 2 ). And btw, I wouldnt be suprised if my Campagin would have problems, Its only a "masterpiece" in my heart because Im not giving up on it. The only thing that counts is that I try. But I will say (to Goober's Last Comment, Did I get your name right lol): I will not let this mod die. Because this was the only attempt at actualy Modding Freespace 2 that truely works. So Please, Whenever I release a demo and there are problems, Tell me and I will fix them unlike that other dude  

EDIT: P.S: Like I said I am on vacation for a pretty good amount of time (I will be back home for like a week <dentist> so theres time there to work on it) so I wont beable to work on it at all, CURSE YOU VISTA, CURSE YOU!

Most of my Ideas and a lot of them are said to be good....I think I just pull out of my brain. I just come up with ideas as I go: Im just making this mod for fun and I would like to see people enjoy it So No I dont have any of those

Uhm... but those help your mod get made period. If you don't know exactly how it's going to work, it most likely won't come together right in the end, something I've learned from experience.

There are some people who don't need that kind of written planning and can do it right off the bat.
