Link to the Past .vs. Military Madness

Well, I'm bored as heck, my friends are all out of town, and so i've decided to burn my 1000 wii points left over from august. I'm stuck between deciding to get A Link to the Past and Military Madness. And I just can't figure out what one I want to get. Normally I'd just buy A Link to the Past and buy MM later, but I read that the GC controller configuration for aLttP is pure agony. What do you guys think?

Controller agony can NEVER override aLttP.  That is one of my favorite games ever.  Among Zelda games, it's right up there with OoT.  Among other nintendo games, I only like Metroid better.
