Title: texture DDS settings

So its been a while since i made any textures for a ship in photoshop so i am a wee bit rusty when it comes to saving them as dds files. What settings do i set them as the diffuse, glow, shine etc. Which DXT and alpha settings do i need? As i say its been a while.

DXT1 for diffuse, -glow and -AO. DXT5 for -normal, -reflect and probably -shine. Depends on the nature of -shine. If your specular has alpha channel, then it's also DXT5, but I've seen lots of specularmaps without alpha channel.
