they put these pop-up ads all over the videos. And comments and go knows what. I don't care what song is playing in this retard's fan video, I don't want to buy it. Rather annoying.

Those are added by the video user, not by YouTube itself.

I'd much rather have them leave a song in a video and pop up a "Buy this song!" ad for a second than have the song muted on the video because of some jackass music company.
