Title: Trailing Targeting

Not really sure where to post this, but does anyone know of a mod that changes the targeting from a lead to trailing, similar to how it is in Diaspora?

Just that little change, to play the retail campaign (or whatever) with? I don't believe such a thing exists, but it shouldn't be hard to cook one up.
