Also comes with an option in FRED to turn them on and off on a per-mission basis, regardless of the mission having a nebula
Perfect for the Homeworld to Freespace 2 conversion. :D

Admins: Yes, this is relevant, because some time back there was a discussion about how it wasn't possible to include ship trails in TAP, because they would only appear in a nebula mission. As can easily be seen, this is no longer the case :nod:

Correct me if I'm wrong but there aren't any stars in those pics, just debris. I'm guessing that whoever took out the nebula rendering code forgot to put the stars data back in.

Or have you just lowered the level of stars in FRED2?

Why do they fighters have the nebula trails on them? it looks corkey outside a nebula, looks like they are in a giant wind tunnel.

*thwap*, the trails are the whole point. Go back and play homeworld, all strike craft have trails behind them. .. However, the trails do need to be behind the engine, not on the wing tips.
