That, plus several others, all referencing Talon_ 1 are the errors I get. Also, I get this:

ship "Rogue 1" in wing should be called "Talon 4"

A little help here? I've no idea where these came from, or how to fix them...

Well that's under the limit for 3.6.9 (barely).  Did you have any more in there at one time?  If you hit 101 it could have corrupted the mission file.

Yes, I have several more ships at one point. And that was when things started going haywire...

I reckon that's probably what happened then. The file got messed up because I used to many ships.

Hm, in the next version of this mission, I shall have to watch my ship amounts. My old save file is useless, I can't fix it.

If you want to post it I can probably take a look at it and see if I can fix it. 

FYI 3.6.10 now supports more ships but BOE missions are still frowned upon.

Thanks for the offer to try and fix it, but it'll be easier just to make a completely new one.

Don't worry, this BOE is just for myself and some friends, not going to go public with it.
