YOu didnt use 3D Explorer to render that did you? I can tell because none of the faces on the ship are smooth (you can set the smoothness of the surface to get a really nice high-poly effect).

It does come with a new weapon. The Cruiser Torpedo. I'm thinking of updating this ship for a campaign which will mean a whole new batch of weapons. If anyone wants to help or has any ideas just let me know.

If you have any spare time, you may want to look into the missile cruiser thread in the FS modding forum - darkage was wanting to design a missile cruiser based on a Fenris class. If you could give it a new skin and add a shielding mesh, and maybe a few extra turret points, that would rock.   Naturally you could use it in your campaign.

I'm not sure, the Aten is almost beyond redemption  

I wonder if you could give it shield mesh, new texture, and maybe make it more maneuvrable - then place a mjolnir#home beam on each of the two Aten prongs. It could be a beam cruiser with two beams, which would be quite nice I think. Of course the hull would have to be toned down too.
