We here at HLP are looking into opening a dedicated mods center that is more than an archive, but less than a full hosted site.

So if you don't have a site, or would like to join up with this endeavour, drop us a line.  We'll arrange the details with you.

Yeah, this is a great way to get into the community - I wish there was something available when I was a "newbie" moder...

So true. Back then, you had to crash and burn your way through the modding learning process. Now, there are so many people around to help you...
